I walked in feeling excited about trying out the services here in Tucson, but unfortunately, my experience fell a bit short. I reached out with a few questions about their wellness therapies, hoping for some solid guidance but found the response time to be slower than expected. I appreciate that places can get busy, but it would be great to see a bit more engagement from the staff. I think they have fantastic services like acupuncture and PRP therapy, but they really need to work on being more responsive to clients' queries. A little more honesty and quicker replies would make a world of difference!

Once inside, I was immediately drawn to the calming atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff. I’ve been visiting regularly for naturopathic treatments and IV work, and I genuinely appreciate how comfortable I feel during each appointment. The staff takes the time to listen to my concerns, which makes a big difference in my health improvement journey. However, I do think there’s room for improvement—reducing wait times would be great, and clearer communication regarding appointments and supplement orders would help. Also, the patient messaging system could use a character limit adjustment for more effective communication. Overall, I leave feeling rejuvenated and supported!

I had high hopes for my visit to Nature Medica in Tucson, especially since I was looking to get some blood work done for a medical diagnosis. However, I left feeling a bit frustrated. It took forever to get any results, and when I reached out to Dr. Alicia Miller's team, the communication was just not there. It felt like I was talking to a wall. I really think they need to improve their responsiveness. Despite the disappointment, the space is nice and has a calming vibe, but I wish the professionalism matched the environment.
