I walked in with high hopes for some fabulous clip-ins at Natural Root Salon & Extension Bar, but sadly, the experience left a lot to be desired. The vibe there is nice, but the communication felt off—like trying to find Wi-Fi in a basement! I had hoped for full, luscious hair, but instead, I walked out feeling a bit underwhelmed. Karen Barnes did her best, but the overall service came across as a bit unprofessional, which was frustrating. I think some improvements in scheduling and clarity would go a long way. I really wanted to love this place; here's hoping they can turn things around!
