Before I left my appointment in Indianapolis, I felt compelled to share my experience. The facility's cleanliness left much to be desired, and there was an unpleasant odor that made the whole experience uncomfortable. I expected a more professional atmosphere, especially given the nature of the procedure. Unfortunately, the staff interaction was below par as well; I didn't feel supported or reassured during my visit. If they could improve their sanitation practices and focus on creating a more inviting space, this place could really shine. As it stands, I can't recommend it.
