Susan took the time to really understand what I wanted and delivered the most beautiful manicure I’ve ever had. The pampering didn’t stop there; Jason worked magic on my feet, and the hot stone massage was heavenly. The whole experience left my nails looking flawless and my spirits incredibly high. If you’re looking for an exceptional nail and pedicure experience, you really can’t go wrong here!

I can honestly say I was really looking forward to my visit. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, while I loved my nail enhancement, I wasn't completely satisfied with the final look. It just didn't turn out exactly how I envisioned. I felt like there was a bit of a disconnect between what I wanted and what I got, so I would suggest that the techs take a bit more time to ensure they understand the client's vision. I adore the relaxing ambiance and the potential here, but I hope the team can work on that accountability to help us leave with exactly what we wanted. I'll definitely consider giving it another shot, hoping for a bit more precision next time!
