I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of my eye examination in Phoenix. Robin, the practitioner, was knowledgeable, but that was where the positives ended for me. I left feeling frustrated by a series of unexplained bills that I just couldn't wrap my head around. It's honestly baffling how many charges seemed to pop up without clear explanations. The communication regarding billing needs a serious overhaul. It made an already stressful situation so much worse. I've occasionally visited for eye care before, and I hoped for a smoother process this time. The staff was not particularly helpful when I tried to get clarity on the charges, which only added to the irritation. I recommend they focus more on improving clarity and communication about billing; it could make a huge difference for patients. Overall, not the best experience, and I might reconsider my options in the Deer Valley area.

Once I walked in for an eyeglass fitting, I was excited to find the perfect pair for my computer work. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded. The staff in Phoenix's Deer Valley location seemed a bit rude, which caught me off guard. To top it off, the glasses I received had defects that made my vision even worse! 😤 It’s frustrating when you're relying on good quality lenses, especially for something as crucial as eyesight. I hope they can improve the lens quality and make sure prescriptions are spot on next time. I really just wanted to see clearly and not have to squint at my screen!
