Without question, I was looking forward to my visit, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. 🤨 The nail polish quality just didn’t hold up, and for the price, I expected so much more. Also, it would be great if they offered more nail designs; it felt a bit limited. The staff didn't seem very helpful either, which didn't help the experience. I think with a little improvement, this place could really shine! ✨

Before I left, I was really hoping for a beautiful gel manicure, but sadly, it just didn't hit the mark. The quality felt off, and I was left feeling disappointed with how it turned out. I’ve been to other places in the Greenway / Upper Kirby Area, and this just didn’t compare. Maybe it was just an off day, but I think a little more communication and attention to detail would really help enhance the service. I’d love to see improvements next time!
