When I first walked in, I was greeted by the friendly smiles of the staff, instantly making me feel at ease. Tammy, my nail technician, was an absolute gem! She took the time to ask about my preferences and truly listened to what I wanted. The manicure I received was heavenly—my hands felt pampered with every step, from the soothing soak to the gentle massage. I loved the lavender scent of the products; it was a lovely touch that really enhanced my relaxation. I did feel that the $100 package didn’t offer much more than the one just below it, but overall, my experience was exceptional. It's clear that they focus on building a personal connection with their clients, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for some self-care treats!

Since my visit, I've been quite disappointed with my nails. I was really looking forward to a great nail service, but the quality was just poor. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to their work. I really wish they would focus more on the customer experience and ensure that they’re giving the best quality nail services. It would have made such a difference!
