I walked in hoping for a rejuvenating pedicure at Nails Beautiful Day Spa, but unfortunately, my experience was far from uplifting. While the ambiance and decor felt inviting, I left feeling disappointed after enduring some unexpected discomfort. The technician seemed rushed, leading to a slight mishap that left my toenail bleeding. It was unsettling and certainly not what I expected from a place that promotes relaxation and care. I genuinely believe that with some additional staff training focused on customer safety and satisfaction, this spa could really shine. I wouldn’t say I’m deterred from returning altogether, but I hope to have a much better experience next time.

The nail cutters seemed worn out, which made the whole process feel less than hygienic. Additionally, the towels used were not as fresh as I would have liked. It’s a shame because I believe simple improvements could make a big difference, like updating their equipment and ensuring everything is spotless. I might give them another chance in the future, but for now, I left feeling a bit let down.
