It didn’t take long into my appointment for me to feel a bit disappointed with my nail design. I was really looking forward to having a fresh, stylish look, but unfortunately, the outcome was not what I had hoped for. The technicians were respectful and attentive, so I can't fault the service on that front. However, I think the nail design skills could use some improvement. My nails ended up looking rather plain, which is not exactly what I wanted. I’d say there’s potential here, but they need to refine their design techniques to really elevate the experience.

I can honestly say I had the best experience at this lovely spot in 4S Ranch. Gigi and Wendy were beyond friendly and made me feel right at home. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was both calming and inviting.
