I had no idea what to expect when I booked my therapy sessions, but I was hopeful for some effective support. The therapy I received was valuable, addressing a lot of my frustrations. However, I was a bit disappointed with how the process unfolded. After my initial assessment, I found I had to request the therapy bundle twice, which wasn't clearly explained at first. It would be helpful if there was better communication on that end. The staff was patient and attentive, and I do appreciate their efforts. Overall, I left feeling that there was potential for real improvement, but some tweaks could make the experience even better!
