Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center

I have to say, my recent visit was a bit of a mixed bag. I was looking forward to getting some answers, but I found the patient relations process rather confusing—like, I had to ask a few times before getting clarity on what to expect. 😕 While I appreciate their services, I think a little more guidance and facilitation in that area would go a long way. I know the staff is doing their best, but there were moments that left me feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, it’s a great place for health services, just could use a little polish on how they assist with appointment navigation.

I was really hopeful heading to the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center in Manhattan for my recent medical treatment. The clinic has a lot of great services and resources for teens, which is super important. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. While the medical care itself was solid, I found the staff interaction to be less than friendly, which really dampened the experience. It felt like they could use a little more kindness and compassion, especially considering the challenges adolescents face. On the bright side, they do offer a wide range of health services and a comfy space, which is a definite plus. I think with some improvements in staff attitude, this place could be amazing! 😊

I’d highly recommend this place for any young adult looking for health services. The care I received was personalized and attentive, especially from Ashley, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. I often find that healthcare can be a bit daunting, but the atmosphere here is genuinely supportive. They offer a range of services, from mental health support to wellness education, which has significantly improved my overall well-being. I’m so grateful for the resources they provide, and it feels fantastic to have access to such positive care in our community!
