What really impressed me during my visit to this lovely spot in Jacksonville was the Cleopatra Facial. Honestly, my skin felt like it had been reborn! Arumy, the practitioner, took the time to truly understand what my skin needed and pampered me like royalty. The atmosphere was serene, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. I loved how my skin felt fresh and rejuvenated afterward—definitely a must-try for anyone looking to treat themselves. I can't wait to book another appointment!

After my first visit, I must say I felt a little let down. I had high hopes for a customized facial with microderm, expecting a relaxing escape with lots of pampering. But, unfortunately, the aesthetician didn’t quite hit the mark. There was minimal evaluation of my skin type, and I would have appreciated some personal recommendations for my skincare routine. Also, would it have hurt to include the décolleté during the treatment? It’s all about that holistic experience, right? The atmosphere could use some work, too—better music would definitely enhance the vibe. I was looking for that Moroccan experience to whisk me away, but instead, it felt a bit underwhelming. Here’s hoping they can step it up next time!
