I was absolutely blown away by my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Fanny did my nails and they turned out to be the prettiest set I've ever had! 💅 I treated myself to a pedicure and a facial, and both were just divine. The relaxing massage afterwards melted away all my stress. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also super friendly, making everything so enjoyable. I had no idea the services at Monica Spa & Nails would be so varied, but they offer a ton of options! I went in hoping for some pampering with a manicure and perhaps a foot spa to help my mom relax. The nail services were nice, but I found the communication a bit lacking when it came to availability. It was a bummer because we had to wait longer than expected. While my mom enjoyed her time and felt some stress relief in the end, I think a little more clarity on booking and scheduling would elevate the experience. Overall, it was decent, but there's room for improvement!
