After experiencing my recent visit to Monarch Medical for a B12 shot and some vitamin supplementation, I have to say I was a bit let down. I went in with high hopes, looking to boost my energy levels, but instead, I felt more confusion than clarity. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were not very helpful when I had questions about the process. I really think better communication could have made my visit more pleasant and efficient. It wasn't the positive experience I’d hoped for, but I believe there's potential for improvement if they focus on streamlining the patient experience. Despite this visit, I'm not ready to give up on their services just yet—maybe next time will be better!
