Initially, I thought MomDoc Women for Women would be a great place for my health concerns, but my recent experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated. I went in for a doctor's appointment to get treatment for a UTI and, quite frankly, it turned into a nightmare. The staff was rude and unprofessional, which only added to my stress when all I wanted was some antibiotics. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and unheard. You would think that a women-focused clinic would be more understanding, especially with issues that are so common among women. I ended up in a situation that could have been avoided with better staff training and communication. I truly wish things had gone differently, as I had high hopes for this place. Now, I’m left with not just frustration but also a serious medical issue that spiraled out of control due to neglect. I can’t recommend MomDoc until they step up their game in caring for their patients.

When I first visited this place in Tempe for blood work and an ultrasound consultation, I was genuinely hopeful. However, my experience quickly turned disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, making the whole process feel more stressful than necessary. As a dad-to-be, I was seeking clarity on some medical results, but instead, I was met with a level of rudeness I didn’t expect. It would have made a world of difference if the staff had shown a bit more empathy and understanding, especially considering the emotional nature of what pregnant women go through. On top of that, the seating was uncomfortable for someone in my partner’s situation. I really think they could improve just by focusing on kindness and making the environment more welcoming. Tempe deserves better, and so do the families relying on these services.
