I was pleasantly surprised by the warm environment when I first walked in, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite live up to that initial impression. The office felt a bit disorganized, and I found the staff's communication lacking when it came to my appointment. I appreciate the services offered, especially the flexibility with scheduling, but I think improving their communication and organization would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. It's a great concept but needs a bit more polish to make it truly shine.

I wasn’t too impressed with my visit to MomDoc Women for Women. I went in for my annual women's exam, and I found myself waiting way longer than expected. It felt frustrating to sit there with little communication on what was happening. When I finally got to see the doctor, I felt rushed through the process. The staff could really improve their responsiveness. It's a shame because I had high hopes for a supportive experience focused on women's health. I think they need to better manage wait times and communicate with patients to ensure a more positive visit.
