I was pleasantly anticipating a soothing escape when I decided to treat myself to some spa services. Unfortunately, my experience didn't quite align with those expectations. The ambiance was lovely, and I could almost feel the stress melting away as I walked in. Sadly, the staff interactions left a bitter taste. From the moment I approached the reception, I felt a sense of hostility rather than warmth. I understand that everyone has off days, but professionalism is key in the wellness industry. The treatment itself was decent, but the uncomfortable atmosphere overshadowed any relaxation I hoped to achieve. I genuinely believe that with some improvements in staff professionalism and accountability, this place could truly shine. It's such a shame because the location has so much potential for a great wellness retreat!

After spending time at this incredible hotel and spa for our anniversary, I can confidently say that it was a truly unforgettable experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel special and welcomed. We kicked off our stay with a soothing couples massage, and Stephanie was an absolute gem. Her skill and attention to detail turned that session into pure bliss. We also indulged in a luxurious body wrap treatment, which left our skin feeling rejuvenated and soft. The spa services combined with the stunning views created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. I’d highly recommend planning a stay here if you’re looking to unwind and indulge—just keep an eye out for clearer signage at the entrance. You won't regret it!
