Initially, I brought my daughter in for a simple trim, and I thought I would treat myself to a new haircut as well. Walking in, the vibe felt welcoming, but the experience soon took a turn. While the staff seemed confident, they didn't quite pay attention to what we were asking for. My daughter's curls were left uneven, and I could tell she was disappointed—honestly, so was I. As for my own cut, it lacked the freshness I was hoping for, feeling more like a rushed job than a careful one. I think better communication with the stylists about specific expectations—especially for textured hair like our curls—would make a world of difference. It’s frustrating to leave a salon feeling like you didn’t get what you wanted, especially when you're hoping to treat yourself and your child. I might consider returning just to see if things improve, but for now, we’re on the lookout for a place that genuinely listens.
