To my surprise, I had high hopes for the minute clinic experience here in Houston's Westside. I needed a quick checkup before picking up my prescription, but honestly, the staff was a bit dismissive. It felt like they were just going through the motions rather than caring about the patients. I left feeling frustrated and a little neglected. I really think they could benefit from some customer care training to emphasize empathy, especially when people are seeking medical assistance. On the bright side, I was able to get my prescription fulfilled across town, but the initial experience was definitely a bummer. Hopefully, they can improve because I’d love to see better service in the future! 💔
