When I first went to MinuteClinic for a flu shot, I was expecting a smooth experience, but it didn't quite go as planned. While I appreciate the convenience of their vaccination services, I found myself feeling a bit frustrated with the process. The access was decent, but I think they could really reconsider their partnership with CVS for a more seamless experience. I would recommend MinuteClinic if you need vaccinations occasionally, just be prepared for some hiccups.

I must say, my experience at MinuteClinic was frustrating to say the least. I visited to get some routine tests done, and while the medical staff was generally helpful, things took a turn when it came to insurance billing. It felt like a comedy of errors—missing information, instructions that were hard to follow, and way too much wasted time on my end. I've had my share of healthcare visits, and I understand that mistakes can happen, but I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. It would really help if they could improve their billing processes and maybe have someone dedicated to ensuring everything is properly handled upfront. I really hope they can work this out because the healthcare services they offer are valuable, but this billing hiccup truly overshadowed my visit.

I've been to MinuteClinic a few times now, and each visit has been fantastic! The staff, especially Sara and Titi, were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. Whether it was for a quick health screening or just to get my flu shot, they’ve always been super helpful. It’s great to know there’s a place I can rely on for all things health-related. Highly recommend!
