Minicucci Pilates

I was blown away by how targeted yet uncomfortable the fitness class felt. I’ve been practicing Pilates for a while, and while I usually enjoy a good challenge, this session took it to another level. The instructor, a Caucasian man, seemed dismissive of some concerns raised during the class—especially around the experiences of people of color trying to engage with the workouts. I know these classes aim to empower, but I left feeling a bit disheartened, wishing that a more inclusive atmosphere was fostered. It would be great to see them take the feedback of all participants more seriously moving forward. I’ll probably continue attending occasionally, but I hope they step up their game in this area.

Plus, the atmosphere is just so positive and motivating! I occasionally join classes, and I've definitely noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility. If you’re looking for a place that feels accepting yet pushes you to improve, I can't recommend this enough! ❤️

I didn’t expect to find such a gem in West Hollywood! I’ve taken a few Pilates classes here, and each time I feel more in tune with my body. David is incredibly knowledgeable and creates a welcoming atmosphere where you really feel supported. I've seen a noticeable improvement in my practice and even my teaching skills since I've started coming here occasionally. The classes are well-structured and cater to all levels, making it easy for anyone to jump in. Plus, the friendly staff make the experience even better. If you're looking to up your fitness game, this is definitely the place to be!
