I had no idea what to expect when I walked in. The technicians greeted me warmly, and their professionalism made me feel at ease immediately. However, my experience soured when I tried to obtain my payment receipts after a couple of visits. It was incredibly frustrating to navigate through the management's lack of responsiveness. While the hands-on care from the staff was commendable, it felt like the management wasn’t on the same page. I really hope they improve their follow-up process; it would make such a difference to those of us seeking support.
