They made me feel comfortable amid all the apprehensions I had about trying something new for my anxiety and depression. The technology itself is impressive; each session is about 40 minutes of actual treatment, and it felt surprisingly relaxing. However, I did run into a few bumps along the way with billing and some communication issues. There were moments when it seemed like the admin staff could use some additional support to streamline things. A dedicated project manager could really tighten up the user experience, making it easier for clients to navigate the process without any confusion. Despite the hiccups, the treatment techs, particularly Jami and Neel, were fantastic and genuinely seemed to care about my progress. Overall, I'm thankful for the support that Mindful Health Solutions has provided and am hopeful for continued improvement in my mental wellness journey.
