I’ve been visiting Mindful Health Solutions occasionally for some time now, and while I genuinely appreciate the variety of services they offer, my experience during my initial consultation left me a bit annoyed. The staff was apologetic and friendly, which I appreciated, but there seemed to be some noticeable communication hiccups between the practice and its patients. I felt a bit out of the loop regarding what to expect and the next steps afterward. It would be fantastic if they could improve those communication channels. That said, the potential of their treatments, especially the ketamine therapy options, is very promising.
