Initially, I was really looking forward to my 90-minute massage in Fresno. I had heard amazing things about the place and thought it would be the perfect way to relieve some stress. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration. I had trouble getting in touch for an appointment and when I finally managed to schedule one, the follow-up communication was a complete miss. No response when I tried to confirm my appointment 🙁. I ended up not even receiving the service I had hoped for, which was a massive letdown. It would have made a world of difference if they had better communication regarding appointment requests and confirmations. I really wanted to love this place, but my experience left much to be desired. Here’s hoping they can improve! ❤️

What drew me to this place initially was the Mother's Day package I wanted to surprise my mom with. I imagined it would be the perfect gift for her to unwind and enjoy some pampering. However, I ended up feeling quite frustrated. I tried reaching out to schedule the service, but the staff were unresponsive and it felt like I was chasing after them. It’s disheartening when you have high hopes for a special occasion, only to be left hanging. If they could improve their communication and ensure services are actually available, it would really help. For now, I’m left disappointed and looking for other options.
