On top of that, the staff weren't as friendly as I had hoped; there was a definite lack of warmth in their interactions. It really felt like they were going through the motions rather than providing the attentive service I was looking for. I think there’s serious room for improvement here, as the whole experience left me wanting more than just properly groomed nails. I would suggest ensuring that every service is delivered with the quality and care it should have, especially for regular customers like myself who come in occasionally for a little pampering.
