I had no idea I would leave feeling so let down after my hair extension move-up in San Francisco. The stylist arrived late, which set a negative tone right from the start. The actual results were disappointing; my extensions didn't blend well at all, and I really wish there had been an option to wash and style my hair afterward. It felt incomplete. I've been coming to this place occasionally, and I really hope they can improve on their timing and attention to detail for a better overall experience.
