The midwife who conducted my consultation took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. She even referred me to another specialist who can address some specific issues I've been dealing with, which I truly appreciated. The only downside was the clinic's need for some reconstruction, as the space felt a bit cramped. Overall, I'm grateful for the respectful and friendly service I received. I had no idea that my son's medical appointment would turn out to be such a disappointment. The staff's communication was less than professional, and in my opinion, they really need to step up their game. We were given incorrect information about my son's vitals, which is both frustrating and concerning. I wish they would have handled our late arrival better instead of making us feel even more rushed. It’s hard to trust a place that doesn’t seem to care about getting the details right.
