Once inside Milano Nail Spa Memorial, I was really hoping to unwind with their Lavender Pedicure. The ambiance was lovely, and I settled into the chair, looking forward to a soothing experience. However, I found the chair massage to be a bit underwhelming and not as relaxing as I had hoped. Additionally, while the staff was nice, my request for a little extra attention on my cuticles didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think there's definitely room for improvement, especially in the areas of relaxation and pampering. I’ll probably swing by again, maybe just for a basic manicure next time, and hope for a better experience.
