I walked in excited for some lovely, natural-looking eyelash extensions. Unfortunately, what I got was a much thicker and more dramatic look than I had anticipated, which left me quite disappointed. While the staff were respectful and professional, I felt there could have been better communication about what I was looking for versus what I received. If you’re aiming for a subtle enhancement, I’d recommend expressing your wishes a bit more firmly.
