Without a doubt, I was really looking forward to my hair coloring appointment in Southeast Houston. I had a clear vision in mind for a soft balayage, but what I left with was a much shorter cut than I anticipated and a color that just didn’t hit the mark. When I expressed my concerns about my damaged hair and the drastic cut, there wasn't much empathy or solution offered. I appreciate that everyone has off days, but for someone who only treats themselves to professional styling every once in a while, I expected a bit more care. Just a suggestion for improvement: really listen to your clients' requests. Sadly, this experience left me disappointed.
