I left feeling pretty disappointed after my visit. I went in hoping for a relaxing experience and some well-deserved nail care, but the service was not up to par. The staff seemed untrained or maybe just overwhelmed on that day, which made the whole process feel rushed and unprofessional. I think they need to ensure that their staff is properly qualified and trained, especially for something as detailed as nail services.
