After visiting for an MRI, I can honestly say I was extremely disappointed. The organization seemed chaotic, and when I approached the front desk, I was met with rudeness instead of the helpfulness I expected. It felt like a factory rather than a facility focused on patient care. The staff didn’t seem to communicate well, which only added to my frustration. I had high hopes for a smooth experience, but it quickly became stressful. I believe they really need to improve their staff training and ensure that everyone is on the same page. I’ve been to this facility a couple of times for various imaging needs, and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff are incredibly professional and make you feel comfortable, which is a big plus when you're dealing with medical tests. However, I did find the appointment scheduling a bit frustrating at times; it could use some improvement in timeliness. While I appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail during the scans, waiting longer than expected can be disappointing. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place for its professionalism and care in handling their services.
