I had a colonoscopy at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Memorial Village recently, and to be honest, I was left a bit disappointed. The procedure itself went smoothly, but the vibe at the front desk felt more like a DMV than a healthcare facility. I found the staff there to be quite rude, which was surprising given all the good things I’d heard about the place. It just left an unpleasant taste in my mouth (not literally, thankfully!). I really think they should focus on improving the professionalism at the front desk. That said, the medical team during the procedure was nice enough, so it wasn’t a total wash. Just wish the first impression had been a better one. 😕

It wasn't long after I called Memorial Hermann Surgery Center in Memorial Village that I started feeling frustrated. I needed to schedule a procedure, but it took multiple attempts before I finally got the timing nailed down. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I could tell they were juggling a lot. I really think they need to hire more folks and reconsider their booking system because it felt like I was just one more name in a long line. This place has great potential but could use an overhaul in patient scheduling!
