It’s hard to express how frustrating my recent experience was. I went in for both an ultrasonic and a CT scan, hoping to get clear answers about some health concerns. Instead, I found myself waiting far longer than expected, and when I finally got to the tech, they seemed scatterbrained and disorganized. It felt like I was just another number in a long line of patients. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I left feeling more anxious than I came in. I really think management needs to step up and improve both staff efficiency and patient care. I wish I could say this was just a one-off occurrence, but these delays have happened on more than one of my visits. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon until I hear some positive changes have been made.

I never expected to have such a frustrating experience with an ultrasound service here in the Greenway / Upper Kirby area. I’ve used medical imaging a few times before, but this visit left me feeling really let down. First off, the billing was all over the place. I got hit with charges that seemed way too high, and there were inaccuracies that took forever to get straightened out. I tried reaching out for help, but the staff was unhelpful and I felt like I was just being passed around without any real answers. It’s such a shame because I hoped for a smoother process. They really need to step up their game in terms of billing and customer service to make sure clients feel valued and informed. Hoping for improvements because I’d love to see this place do better! 😕

I walked into Memorial Hermann in the Greenway/Upper Kirby area with high hopes for my imaging services appointment. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The staff seemed unhelpful and I felt frustrated as I tried to resolve issues with my report and scan. It was disheartening to encounter a lack of accountability among the team, especially when I just wanted answers. I hope they can improve this aspect of their service because the location is convenient, but the experience left much to be desired.
