I have to say, my experience with Memorial Hermann for physical therapy was rather frustrating. While the DPT who treated me was knowledgeable and attentive, the overall atmosphere could have been much friendlier. The front office staff seemed unfriendly and the communication regarding billing left a lot to be desired. I came here with hopes of getting back on my feet after an injury, but the lack of support from the front desk made it a bit of a headache. I hope they can improve their communication because the therapy itself was actually quite good. It’s a shame the front office interaction didn’t match that quality.
