I was really looking forward to my ultrasound appointment, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which made me feel like just another number instead of a person in need of care. 🙁 I think communication could really use some improvement—like letting patients know what's happening during the procedure. It would definitely ease some anxiety. It could have been a much more positive experience with just a little more care from the team.
