I must say, my experience at this rehabilitation center in the Medical Center Area was a mixed bag. While the overall facilities and rehabilitation services they offer for post-stroke support were quite good, I left feeling a bit disappointed with the case management. The staff's approach felt unprofessional at times, and it would have been really helpful if they had provided some solid referrals for ongoing care after discharge. I’d love to see them improve in this area because their potential is great, especially for us Houston locals in need of proper support!
