I wasn’t expecting to visit the emergency room, but life has its surprises! The staff here was decent; they were caring and did their best to provide the needed care. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The cleanliness of the area could use some improvement, as it just didn’t feel as fresh as it should. Additionally, the billing communication left me feeling confused, and I think a clearer process could really make a difference for everyone. Overall, while I received decent care, there’s certainly room for improvement in a few key areas.

The emergency room in Greater Heights felt chaotic and, to be honest, a bit unclean. I understand that high-stress medical settings can lead to hectic environments, but the unprofessionalism I encountered was hard to overlook. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive, which made my anxiety even worse. I really think they could improve their cleanliness standards and perhaps a little refresher on professionalism wouldn't hurt. While I appreciate the doctors were knowledgeable, it's the overall experience that left me feeling let down. I hope they can address these issues for those who may need urgent care in the future.

I can’t say enough how disappointed I was with my experience at Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital’s emergency room. I had to bring my partner in for what we thought was a serious issue, but right from the start, the staff seemed dismissive and rude. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience than anything else. To top it off, they wouldn’t allow family to accompany patients in the emergency room, which only added to the anxiety of the whole situation. Being separated during such a stressful time was really upsetting. I wished they could have been more understanding and accommodating. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning there if I can help it.
