I truly enjoyed the concept of the services offered here, especially the cupping therapy and the hot stone massage, which seemed promising. However, my experience was marred by the staff's rudeness, which left me disappointed. It felt like there was a lack of communication, and it made the whole atmosphere awkward. I think a little more focus on customer service could really enhance the experience for clients. I had looked forward to a relaxing day, but instead, it fell short due to the interactions I had. I hope they can improve this aspect because their offerings could genuinely be great.

When I first visited, I was really looking forward to a rejuvenating spa experience, especially after hearing great things about their services. Unfortunately, my visit didn’t live up to the hype. The cupping therapy was supposed to be a highlight, but the whole vibe felt off. From the beginning, the staff seemed a bit dismissive, and I didn't get the warm welcome I was hoping for. I expected at least some basic communication from the therapists about the treatment, but it felt rushed and impersonal. It's a shame because the space is beautiful, and the concept is fantastic. I really think they need to step up their customer service game to make everyone's experience as relaxing as their massages could be!

I left feeling more tense than when I arrived, which wasn’t the goal at all. Maybe it's just a matter of finding the right person there, but I’ll likely be trying somewhere else next time.
