While I was in the neighborhood, I decided to pop in for some eyebrow threading. The place had a convenient location and the price was definitely fair, which I appreciated. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The thickness of my eyebrows didn't quite meet my expectations—I've had better experiences elsewhere. The staff was straight to the point, which I guess is fine, but a little warmth would have been nice. Overall, not a bad option if you're in a pinch, but I think I’ll keep searching for that perfect eyebrow glow!

Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere that immediately eased my mind. I recently decided to try eyebrow threading for the first time, and let me tell you, Saud worked his magic! I left feeling like a brand new person. The precision and care he had for each hair was impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was so satisfying that I ended up booking a few additional treatments, because why not treat myself? The overall experience was delightful, from the friendly staff to the uplifting ambience. I can’t wait to go back and indulge in some of their fantastic facials next!

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I went in for facial threading and waxing, hoping for a smooth experience, but honestly, it was far from what I expected. While the environment was nice, the staff seemed unprofessional and didn't communicate well about what I actually wanted. After the session, my skin was bruised and irritated, which was really frustrating. I think it would be beneficial for them to take more care with sensitive skin and to clarify the services better beforehand. I wanted a clean finish and some pampering, not a patchy aftermath!
