To say I’m relieved would be an understatement! I’ve been struggling with medication management for a while, and after visiting here, I finally feel like I’m getting the support I need. The staff is so friendly and genuinely knowledgeable, which made every visit feel constructive. Their counseling services have been incredibly helpful and informative. I did wish they were open on Sundays since that would make it easier for me to fit everything into my schedule, but overall, I'm grateful for the care I've received.
I have to say, I had a mixed experience with the take-home program. On one hand, it's incredibly convenient for those who need continuity while managing their treatment. However, I found that there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. I occasionally utilize the service, and I've noticed a lack of consistent communication.
