What impressed me most during my visit was the genuinely kind and caring approach of the staff. I’ve been seeking management for my Familial Essential Tremor, and every time I walk through those doors, I feel welcomed. Dr. Takis was particularly attentive, taking the time to understand my concerns and patiently explaining the treatment options available. The nurses were friendly and supportive, making the whole experience as comfortable as possible. It’s reassuring to know that in a challenging health journey, I have access to such compassionate care.

I truly enjoyed the friendly staff at MUSC, but I have to be honest about my recent C-section experience. From the start, I was blown away by the professionalism, but I felt a bit overwhelmed during the process. While I appreciate the medical expertise, I really wish there had been more focus on creating a calming environment. A little more attention to comfort and pre-op support could have made a big difference. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement in how they prepare patients, but the care I received after the procedure was commendable.

I was really hoping for a positive experience when I sought care for my heart health. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. While the cardiologist was knowledgeable, the staff interactions left something to be desired; I felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously. After leaving the hospital, I noticed issues with my medication that could have been managed better. I believe that better communication and attention to medication management could greatly improve the experience for future patients.
