I had no idea what to expect when I scheduled my consultation, but unfortunately, I left feeling more confused than ever. Right from the start, the staff seemed rushed and unfriendly, which didn’t help my anxiety about the appointment. When I expressed my concerns, the practitioner didn’t take the time to really listen or review my medical history thoroughly. They provided me with information that contradicted what I had been told by previous healthcare providers. It felt like my questions were more of an inconvenience than a priority. It’s frustrating when you’re genuinely trying to address medical issues and feel like you’re not being heard. I really hope they can work on improving their bedside manner and paying closer attention to patients' pasts. It’s disheartening to feel like just another number in line, especially when it comes to health.
