I’ve been searching for a reliable clinic to schedule my regular appointments, but my experience here was a letdown. I walked in hopeful, but the customer service at the front desk was quite rude. I felt dismissed and undervalued, which left me feeling really disappointed. I had hoped to see Dr. Garcia, who comes highly recommended, but I simply couldn't get past the poor treatment from the staff.
