I couldn't be happier with my experience at the surgery center. From the moment I walked in for my colonoscopy and EGD, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The environment was calm and comforting, which is a big deal when you're about to undergo a medical procedure. Dr. Vijaya Dasari was absolutely wonderful—she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience. It really eased my nerves. During the procedure, the level of care and attentiveness was impressive; the nurses were friendly and checked in on me regularly. Afterward, I felt surprisingly comfortable, which I never expected from a procedure like this. I really appreciated how seamless and supportive the entire process was. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, my visit for a procedure was a mixed bag. While I had high hopes for the experience, the communication fell short.
