The moment I stepped into the clinic in Boulevard Oaks, I knew I was in good hands. I had a surgery consultation, but also wanted to get some allergy testing done since spring allergies hit me hard this year. Dr. Kaplan was friendly and incredibly attentive—he explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, which is more than I can say for some places! It felt great knowing I was receiving follow-up care tailored to my needs. Overall, I left feeling optimistic about my treatment options, and I appreciated the team's efficiency throughout the visit.

Right from the start, I was hoping to find some relief for the persistent ear ringing that’s been bothering me. Unfortunately, my visit for an ear consultation left me feeling quite disappointed. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t really take the time to listen to my concerns. I expected a thorough examination, but it felt more like I was just another appointment on the schedule. I also noticed the staff interaction could use a little warmth; it came off as quite uncaring. I think there's definitely room for improvement in terms of bedside manner and providing satisfactory answers. I really wanted to feel understood, but it just didn’t happen.

I must say, my experience here was less than stellar. While the consultation with Dr. Patel was informative, I encountered some serious frustrations with the billing process. The staff in the billing department were quite rude, which made an already stressful situation even more challenging. I’m hoping they take steps to improve their customer service. It's disheartening because I wanted to feel supported during my healthcare journey, but left feeling disappointed.
