After my session, I must admit I felt more frustrated than relaxed. I went in looking for some stress relief, but unfortunately, the appointment management seemed a bit off. I experienced confusion both during booking and when I arrived. The staff seemed unsure of what was happening, which added to my tension rather than alleviating it. I really wanted to enjoy a soothing experience, but the overall vibe felt chaotic. I think they could benefit from improving their communication and organizing their appointments better.
