I never expected to have such a disappointing experience in Santa Monica. I was really looking forward to some relaxation, but right from the start, I felt uneasy. The room was too warm despite the air conditioning being on, which made it difficult to unwind. The therapist seemed unresponsive to my needs and didn't communicate at all. It felt more like a chore than a soothing escape. Overall, I left feeling as stressed as when I arrived. I think a simple adjustment to the room's temperature and a little more attentiveness from the staff could make all the difference.
