During my time at Massage Heights Town and Country, I was hoping for a lovely spa experience for a bachelorette celebration, but unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed. While my massage from Destiny was quite nice and she was very knowledgeable, my friend Alice had a less-than-stellar experience with her therapist. The communication could have been so much better—there was a noticeable lack of follow-up from the staff that made it feel a bit disorganized. It would definitely help to improve this aspect of service! I really wanted this to be a memorable occasion, but lacking in coordination took away from the overall vibe.
